The Supreme Court ruled today that police must obtain a warrant in order to attach GPS trackers on suspects’ vehicles. The subject of the case, Antoine Jones, may not seem like a sympathetic figure. Nevertheless, it is a victory for Americans who value privacy and protection against overzealous law enforcement using corrupt and illegal means to deny you freedom.
