An interesting story on Ron Paul’s lawsuit against an annonymous Internet users who uploaded a pretty stupid attack ad on former presidential nominee Jon Huntsman.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation has a good write-up on the legal protection of anonymous speech in this country. This lawsuit clearly doesn’t give a damn about precedent.
Funny that Ron Paul isn’t nearly as adament on exposing the anonymity of his ghostwriters.
